The star wheel's neck-grip clamps hold every bottle firmly by the neck ring and stay exactly as they are across different bottle shapes and sizes — no adjustment, no extra tooling, and no time lost resetting the grip when the bottle changes.

Spring-Loaded Gravity Filling Valve

The filling valve is a 304 stainless steel gravity valve with a spring-loaded, dead-space-free design. It keeps the fill level consistent in every bottle, prevents dripping between cycles, and disassembles quickly for cleaning.

Swappable Capping Mold

The capping head seals bottles using a mold matched to the cap currently in use. To run a different cap size or style, only the mold needs to be swapped — the capping head itself stays the same.
